EDUCATION

Marguerite Mounier-Wells, Esq. is a cum laude graduate of Binghamton University where she double majored in History and Philosophy. She graduated from the University at Buffalo School of Law where she was as an associate editor of the Buffalo Environmental Law Journal and served in the Mary Foster Elder Law Clinic. After graduating law school she took public health courses at University at Buffalo School of Public Health and Health Professions.

LEGAL EXPERIENCE

Following a judicial clerkship, Ms. Mounier-Wells practiced law in the areas of foreclosure, landlord-tenant, consumer bankruptcy,  estate litigation, estate planning and personal injury. 

Ms. Mounier-Wells has represented clients in New Jersey and New York state courts,  in the United States District Courts of the Southern  and Eastern District of New York and in the District of New Jersey.

CURRENT AREAS OF PRACTICE
Ms. Mounier-Wells is now accepting clients in the areas of  Estate Planning and Adult Guardianships.
